Locally-born Aidan Bown became an Exeter City scholar/trainee on leaving school in 2024.
Exmouth College student Aidan, then in the under-16 age group, was first named in the squad for an Exeter City under-18 fixture in October 2023. He was subsequently included as a substitute for both of the club's FA Youth Cup games during the 2023/24 campaign before feauring in the under-18 squad on a semi-regular basis during the remainder of the season.
Having been part of the academy set-up since the age of eight, Aidan became an Exeter City scholar/trainee on leaving school in 2024 and featured in the friendly at Okehampton Argyle at the start of August 2024 whilst continuing to feature for the under-18s in both the league and FA Youth Cup.
