Exeter LFC 5-1 Plymouth Pilgrims 

FIVE GOAL FLOURISH BY THE LADIES

Exeter Ladies F.C. completed their Western League Div I fixtures with an emphatic 5-1 victory over Plymouth Pilgrims. This victory assures them of the runners up spot, an excellent achievement in their first season in this league. Exeter went 2 up by half time with goals from Ness Byrne and Mandy Langman. In the second half Ness Byrne completed her hat trick and Trina Lake completed the Exeter scorers. Plymouth replied from the penalty spot after an Exeter defender handled.

Exeter City now play Torbay in the Dean Cup final at Tiverton on Sunday.
