Luke Hodgetts from Somerset became an Exeter City scholar/trainee on leaving school in 2024.
Luke, then an under-16 category player, made his debut for the under-18s against Forest Green Rovers in November 2023 ahead of making further appearances later in the season.
A combative midfielder who had been with the club since the under-14s, he became an Exeter City scholar/trainee on leaving school in 2024 and soon featured in the friendly at Okehampton Argyle at the start of August 2024 before continuing to play for the under-18s (in both the Youth Alliance and FA Youth Cup) as well as for the club's team in the Devon St Luke's Bowl and the under 17s in the Professional Development Cup.
