Tobias Alsop, then in the under-15 age group and at school in Torquay, was first named in the Exeter City under-18 squad for the game against Oxford United in December 2023 before going on to appear in a number of other fixtures during the remainder of the season.

Having also played age-group cricket for Devon, Tobias subsequently started his year in City's under-16 category with an appearance in the friendly at Okehampton Argyle on 2 August 2024 as well as featuring in the opening under-18 fixture of the season and for the under 17s in the Professional Development Cup.
