Son of Plymouth Argyle player Andy Rogers, Gabriel (Gabby) Rogers was a member of Torquay United's academy until it folded when he had reached the under-14 stage. He then joined Exeter City as an under-15 player in 2015/16 before switching to Yeovil Town.
Moving through Yeovil's under-16 team whilst still at school, he became a scholar/trainee in 2017 and made his first-team debut as a substitute against Aston Villa in the EFL Cup on 14 August 2018 ahead of coming on to make his Football League debut against Newport County the following month. Soon signing a full professional contract with Yeovil, Gabby had a loan spell with Salisbury prior to returning to Huish Park and netting a stoppage-time winner in the FA Cup against Bromley in November 2020.
Released by the Somerset club in the summer of 2021, Gabby joined Torquay United, his hometown club, and made a number of first-team appearances whilst also featuring on loan for Truro City and Plymouth Parkway before leaving Plainmoor to join Kidderminster Harriers early in the 2022/23 season. In spite of playing regularly during his time at Aggborough, Gabby returned to the South West midway through the 2022/23 season and was offered suitable terms by SW Peninsula League club Bude Town. Stints followed with Willand Rovers and Bideford prior to a move to Kings Lynn Town of National League North in November 2023.
Returning once more to Devon, Gabby was with Barnstaple Town at the start of 2024/25.
