Services International
England v Scotland

EXETER MATCH.

In the last representative match at St. James's Park Exeter, for some time, Scotland defeated England yesterday by 4 goals to 3 in a Services international.

They owed a lot to McNeil, the former Plymouth Argyle player, who. playing at inside-right. introduced many subtle moves which had the defence running the wrong way. It was McNeil who opened the scor- ing in the first few minutes with goal which compared favourably with his best at Home Park Meeting the ball well outside the penalty area, he shot powerfully into the top corner of the net. Other Scotland goals were scored by Manning (2) and Ross. England's scorers were Swindlles, Donoghue, and Evans.

Gate receipts. in aid of St Dunstan's, were £129.
