Quick, Justin
Justin Quick arrived at Exeter City in the early days of supporter ownership and over a long career with the club was general manager and chief operating officer. He later worked for the Exeter City Community Trust.
Justin, a former pupil of St Peter’s high school in Exeter, spent the first thirteen years of his working life with the accountants Bishop Fleming specialising in accounts, audit, IT and business recovery.
Joining Exeter City in 2005 as general manager, he moved to the position of chief operating officer in 2019 after performing the role on an interim basis for twelve months. This position included taking responsibility for health and safety, safeguarding and equality, diversity and inclusion. Having already been involved in the construction of the Adam Stansfield stand, he was part of the project team for the re-development of the training ground at the Cat and Fiddle.
After twenty years with the football club itself, Justin became head of operations and resources for the Exeter City Community Trust in January 2026 when he also kept his contact with the club by becoming part of the matchday safety team.
