Colin Baker, often known as 'Big Col', started supporting Exeter City supporter as a child in the 1960s and was to become well-known for his tidying-up duties around St James' Park following the club passing into supporter ownership. Performing this role for many years, he also took wider responsibiliy as something of a 'Mr Fix-it'.
