Head, Ernest

Ernest Head was an Exeter City director from 1919 to 1949. 

Mr Head, who joined the Exeter City board when football resumed after the Great War, was originally from Wakefield. Recorded as a commercial traveller for a firm of timber merchants in the 1911 census, he later became a timber importer and died in Exeter in 1954 aged eighty-three.
