Andy Fuller was involved in the Grecian Voices project, a forerunner of the later initiatives that culminated in the creation of the Grecian Archive and the Exeter City Museum. 

Backed by both the supporters’ trust and the club’s football in the community programme, Grecian Voices was created in 2008/09 as the first step in establishing an oral history of the club in the words of those who had worked for or followed the club over the years. Funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, the work was led by Andy Fuller of the supporters’ trust.

A website followed in 2013/14 with the support of Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery and the University of Exeter.
