Mike Chapman was a physio at Exeter for a number of years in the 1990's working with Alan Ball and Peter Fox.

In October 2024 some people who worked with Mike shared their thoughts on his work at Exeter. 

“Wonderful all-round chap and certainly someone who was a genuine 'team player ' in terms of the 'team' behind the team. He was certainly someone who the late great Alan Ball respected and trusted. The term legend is used a lot but Micky was certainly worthy of such a title. He'd 'muck in' and help out wherever he felt help was required. There's no doubting he was a genuine 'team player' in terms of the 'team' behind the team.”
