C.S.Hoskins was a director of Exeter City from the mid-1930s until the outbreak of the Second World War.

Charles Sloman Hoskins was born in Exeter in 1894, the son of a baker and confectioner on Sidwell Street. An Exeter City supporter since the club’s early days, he joined the board in 1935 and remained a member until the outbreak of war in 1939.  He died in 1955.
