Chloe MacDonald-Bale played for youth sides in North Devon before joining the Exeter City Development squad at the start of the 2024/25 season.

Chloe made her debut on the 1st of September in a Reserve Cup game against AFC Bournemouth and scored her first goal in a league game against Swindon Development on the 22nd September 2024.
