Kay Crawford was involved in matchday co-ordination and safeguarding at Exeter City from the late 2018, later promoted to Operations Manager in the Summer of 2026 

Formerly safety and security co-ordinator with MK Dons, Kay joined Exeter City as lead designated safeguarding officer and matchday co-ordinator in July 2018 before being re-graded as matchday operations manager five years later. Between football seasons she also took on safeguarding and compliance responsibilities for the Glastonbury Festival and the Royal Cornwall Show.
