St Sidwell's started with the slope in their favour, and once they got going they played with Dawlish as they wished. Coles opened the scoring with a splendid cross shot which Dart was unable to stop, 5 goals followed in quick succession, Eveleigh, Coles, Sellick, Winter and Thomas scoring in that order, In the 2nd half with the wind in their favour the Saints again outplayed Dawlish, but owing to the ground being broken up it was more difficult to control the ball, However, near the finish two more goals were scored by Thomas.

In the match at Camp field, the first half saw three goals through Fenwick, Russell and Andrews. On changing over, West scored a goal after a brilliant dribble, The Saints thus obtained their 5th successive League victory.
