St Sidwell's United Reserves v. Exmouth Albions, at St. James's Field.

St. Sidwell's were looking forward to a very interesting return match this afternoon, but a "wire" arrived at noon in Exeter that it was impossible to get a representative team together, and the consequence was that a scratch match was arranged, and a pleasant game resulted. G. Russell captained the "Re- serves," and A. Davidson "the others." It was "purely friendly," and, although "Captain Russell" had "a bit in hand" at the finish, everybody present were satisfied with the game.
