A match has been arranged to be played between Si Sidwell's and a team picked from the rest of the Clubs in the League, on Saturday next. April 25th, at Mount Pleasant, when a very good game should be witnessed. It is hoped to secure a good gate, not only of "Soccer" supporters of the various Clubs concerned, but also of "Rugger" supporters, who will have a chance of seeing the game which has been so strongly taken up by junior footballers of the City and County.

The above Association club brought their season to a close on Saturday last when they played. and drew with St. Sidwell's United 1st XI., at Exeter. Their record is :-Played 23, won 12, drawn 5, lost 6: goals for, 64, goals against, 25. Of all the 23 matches played not a single one has been lost by more than 2 goals. Teams beaten were : St. David's (Exeter), St. Leonards (Exeter), S. Thomas' United (Exeter), Lapford College (twice), Y.M.C.A., Exeter, Sil. Matthews (Exeter), Heavitree (Exeter, twice), Friernbay (Exeter), and S. John's (Exeter). Those drawin with were: Exmouth Albion, St. David's (Exeter) St. John's (Exeter), Friernhay (Exeter), and St Sidwell's United 1st XI. (Exeter). Teains beaten by were: Crediton Grammar School, Exeter Y.M.C.A., Exmouth Albion (twice), St. Matthew (Exeter), and St. Sidwell's United 1st XI. (Exeter).
Perhaps the greatest cause for congratulation was afforded on Saturday, when, as stated above, they drew with St. Sidwell's United ist XI. on the latter's ground. Inasmuch as the Saints hac not drawn previously on their ground, and had lost only one match there, and two altogether on any ground for the season, the Y.M.C.A. may well be proud of their performance against such a strong team, who in addition to the above- mentioned record, have won the Exeter and District Junior Cup.
