JUNIOR LEAGUE MATCH,

In the Exeter Junior League, St. Sidwell's met Friernhay at Marsh Barton, and the former won by 4 goals to 3. From the way in which the Saints performed in the opening period, during which they scored 3 goals to 1, it appeared likely that Friernhay would be severely trounced; but, after the interval, the homesters improved considerably and netted twice, while St. Sidwell's could only add a single goal. Coles (3) and Sellick were the scorers for the winners. Paddon obtained all the points for Friernhay.
