Kendall, Maya
Exeter City Women were delighted to announce the signing of two players on loan from Bristol City Women on January 3rd 2025
"Maya Kendall and Fearne Slocombe joined until the end of the season, strengthening Abbie Britton’s squad at a crucial part of the season. Both players are regulars in the Robins’ under-21 squad, and have made the move to Devon to further their development.
19-year-old full-back Maya has previously started for the Robins in the League Cup, after making her professional debut in the competition against Tottenham Hotspur last season. Kendall graduated from Bridgwater United's academy and has previous tier three experience after making thirteen appearances for the Robins in the 2022/23 season."
On the double signing, Abbie Britton said: “When you've got the opportunity to bring in two players from Bristol who have got the experience they've got at such a young age already, was a no brainer for us.
"We're a small, tight-knit squad anyway and we needed to add depth in the areas they play. It was an obvious solution. They've been training with us now for five or six weeks, and they've fitted into the group really well with quality on and off the ball."

On the 2nd of February 2025 at Billericay:
"Kendell got the decisive touch, heading it over the line from close range to mark her first goal in red and white."
