Honour for Ellis
EXETER City's 31 year old commercial manager Ray Ellis has gained a unique appointment. He's been elected treasurer to the Football League Commercial Managers of Great Britain the first member from the Fourth Division ever to serve on their management committee. "It in no way cuts across my duties at St. James's Park,' said Ellis yesterday. 'In fact it will help because it now means Exeter City will have a commercial voice at the highest level.'

Dry run' for City replay
EXETER CITY are running a special train for tomorrow night's replay and it will be a dry run to the Midlands. Mr. Ray Ellis, the City's commercial maanger, said today: "There will be no alcohol allowed on the train, and we have sufficient stewards to make sure there is no trouble. "We are hoping to take about 400 supporters, but only people who are members of the Tarvelling Grecians' Club or who are prepared to join will be allowed to travel. New members on the day will have their names and addresses taken, "I would like to emphasise that I thought the Exeter sup- porters behaved themselves extremely well on Saturday.
"We have never had any trouble on our organised trips, and I do not expect any to- morrow. "I appeal to supporters to use their commonsense, consider other members of the public, and follow the instructions given to them by the stewards." The train will be leaving St. David's Station at 3:10 pm.
