Lilly Mearns played twice for Exeter City Development in 2024/25. 

Lilly scored on her debut on the 9th March 2025 against Queens Park Rangers 


After the Developement squad was disbanded at the end of the 2024/25 season, Lilly joined Marine Academy in Plymouth.
