Sealey, Hollie

Hollie Sealey set up an online supporters' group for Exeter City's women's team and produced art work for the side's programme. For her work she won the FA Women's National League's Game Changer Award for the 2024/25 season.

Although her father coached football teams, and her brothers played the game, Hollie had no interest in the sport when she was young. It was only when she watched the England women's team win the 2022 European championships on television that she started to change her mind about football. Enjoying digital art Hollie started to produce images of players such as Mary Earps and gradually began to follow the Women's Super League and, in time, Exeter City Women.

Once she attended a game, Hollie - who had experienced a bladder condition, anxiety, depression and autism often combining to make leaving the house a challenge - found it be a genuine 'life changing' experience. Discovering a new-found sense of community, and almost a 'second family', she contacted the club to see if they would accept her art work for the women's team programme. This soon mushroomed to Hollie producing programme covers, having her work displayed around St James' Park and producing designs for T-shirts and flags. Then, with the online supporters' club for the women's team lying dormant, Hollie took on the task of resurrecting it.

Becoming a HerGameToo advocate, Hollie won the FA Women's National League's Game Changer Award for the 2024/25 season.
