Nick Edwards was a member of the Exeter City Supporters’ Trust board between 2021 and 2025, with a short spell as chair, and briefly served on the Exeter City AFC board during 2025.

Educated at Exeter School, Nick had enjoyed a long career as a head of operations in the rail freight industry. During this period he was in charge of the royal train together with having responsibility for a fleet of diesel heritage locomotives.

Becoming a trustee of the supporters trust in October 2021 he progressed to the position of vice-chair before serving as interim trust chair from June 2025 to November 2025.     

Nick, who was also a member of the Exeter City AFC board whilst trust chair, was replaced in his trust role by Peter Ferlie at a time when the club faced mounting financial pressures with Richard Pym returning as club chair.
