Carter, Peter
Peter Carter was a director of Exeter City between 1986 and 2003.
Mr Carter, who owned an electrical goods business in Exmouth and had been a City supporter since the 1930s, was a member of the board for most of Ivor Doble's time at St James' Park. Serving at times as vice-chairman and company secretary, he was one of seven directors sued by Mowlem over non-payments for the ivor Doble Stand and was also a director of Old Tiverton Road Ltd.
A long-time resident of Budleigh Salterton, he died in March 2019 at the age of ninety-three .
