Tiv Lowe, a former Yeovil Town defender, was in charge of the Exeter City centre of excellence in the early 2000s.

Originally from the Chesterfield area, and a former Royal Marine, Tiv enjoyed a lengthy non-league career with the likes of Yeovil Town and Taunton Town whilst serving in the Westcountry. In charge of the City's centre of excellence - the immediate forerunner of the academy set-up -  between June 2001 and September 2004, he had previously held a similar role with Torquay United.   

He later ran a fitness business in Chesterfield.
