Daniel Connelly was head of youth at Exeter City during the early stages of Paul Tisdale’s time at the club. 

A Physical Education graduate of Loughborough University, Daniel had worked at a college in East Anglia before becoming City’s head of youth in June 2006. Remaining at the club for two years, he also coached the first-team at times before returning to Easton College and working for a while as an academy coach with Ipswich Town.
