Scott Palfrey became Exeter City’s marketing manager in 2016 prior to switching a media role five years later.      

A film and video graduate of Glamorgan University, Scott worked for Exeter College and the St Loye’s Foundation before joining Exeter City as marketing manager in March 2016. Taking on the role of media and communications manager in October 2021, he subsequently became social media and media manager in June 2025.
