Dorman, Richard
Richard Dorman was Exeter City’s media manager between 2012 and 2015. He later worked for Reading and the National League.
Replacing Pete Evans as the club’s media manager, Richard - a history graduate from the University of Sheffield - had previously worked for newspapers in Sheffield, the Press Association, the Non League Paper and the British Olympic Association at the time of the 2012 Olympics in London.
His role with the Grecians involved overseeing all aspects of the club’s media output, external media relations, devising event and marketing strategies, compiling match reports, conducting interviews, expanding the club’s social media channels, editing the programme and producing Kellow’s Bootlaces for local radio.
After three years with Exeter City, Richard moved on to Reading initially as digital content manager followed by a stint as senior communications manager and eventually as head of content. He subsequently joined the National League as digital and broadcast manager in January 2024.
