David Evans, a regional manager with a travel agency business, took on the role of Exeter City's youth commercial manager in May 2011. He was also a member of the Exeter City Supporters' Trust board at the same time.

A former pupil of Hele's School in Exeter, David had worked for Lunn Poly and the Co-operative Travel before taking the role of providing commercial support to Exeter City's growing academy set-up.

He subsequently left in December 2013 to join Hays Travel having also served for two years as a trustee.
