Mark Latham, who had a background in the Royal Marines, was stadium operations manager at St James' Park between 2016 and 2017.

Originally from North Wales, Mark had spent many years in the Royal Marines and had first moved to the Exeter area to take a senior position at the training camp at Lympstone. Subsequently becoming estates manager at the Chivenor base, he had a final two years at Lympstone in advance of leaving the military in December 2016.

Working for the Grecians until August 2017, he was to become a military estates and facilities manager with the British Military Network a few months later.
