Law, Gareth
Gareth Law, a one-time Torquay United player, was first-team physiotherapist during Matt Taylor's first spell as manager of Exeter City. He also worked for Plymouth Argyle.
Gareth, from Newton Abbot, was both a trainee and a professional with Torquay United between 1998 and 2003 where he made fifteen Football League appearances scoring once. He then turned out for Barnstaple Town before injuries drew his career to a halt.
After working in the leisure industry, he undertook a degree in podiatry at Plymouth University prior to returning to Plainmoor where he eventually became head of sports medicine and science in advance of taking the position of first-team physiotherapist at Plymouth Argyle in July 2018. A year later, Gareth completed his circuit of Devon's three professional clubs when he became head of medical and physiotherapy with Exeter City.
Leaving the Grecians soon after the departure of Matt Taylor, he moved into an identical post back at Home Park in December 2022.
Gareth's son Ryan played in the Football League for Plymouth Argyle and Gillingham ahead of spending several seasons with Truro City.
