Simon Larkins, a former football reporter for the Express and Echo, was Exeter City's media manager between 2016 and 2020.

Originally from Cornwall, Simon had gained a degree in journalism from Edge Hill University in Lancashire before working on various newspapers in Cornwall ahead of covering Exeter City for the Express and Echo between 2012 and 2016. 

Following the likes of Pete Evans and Richard Dorman, Simon became City's media manager in July 2016 with his duties including producing content for the club website and social media channels, editing and producing the programme, conducting player interviews, acting as point of contact for all external media organisations and promoting the club's work in the community. 

Leaving St James' Park in August 2020, Simon remained in football as Norwich City's programme editor followed by spells running English language social media outlets for the Bundesliga and as a social media and digital content officer for the Green Party.
