Alan Hay was Exeter City's head of ticketing and retail between 2017 and 2020.

An information technology graduate from Napier University in Edinburgh, Alan had worked on the Edinburgh Festival box office prior to performing similar roles with a number of festivals in Australia. Later with Ticketmaster in Australia and Scotland, he had been front of house manager at the Brewhouse Theatre in Taunton before his engagement with Exeter City in 2017. 

Remaining in post for three years, Alan subsequently returned to Australia where he was employed by Ticketek Australia.
