Mills, Damien
Damien Mills, then deputy chief sub-editor of the Express and Echo, served as an Exeter City Supporters' Trust board member between 2003 and 2011.
A graduate of Nottingham Trent University, Damien had been with the Express and Echo for five years when he joined the trust board shortly before the supporter organisation took control of the club. Over the following eight years he helped the club develop media relations and build general approaches to communications and marketing.
Damien left the Express and Echo in 2010 to take charge of communications at Devon Doctors. He subsequently worked in a similar capacity for another healthcare organisation together with chairing Sidmouth Golf Club.
In 2025, without seeking election himself, he offered support to the Trust in Change candidates standing for election to the club board.
