Dean Matthews became the salaried secretary of the Exeter City Supporters' Trust in October 2023.

Dean's role involved scheduling trust board meetings and annual general meetings, remaining up-to-date with working groups and organising publication of minutes and agenda. He also co-ordinated all election events (and associated documentation) and took lead of the communications and engagement working group. 

Originally from East London, Dean served on the board of the West Ham United Supporters' Trust at the time he worked for Exeter City's trust.
