John Fournier was Exeter City's press officer at the time of the club's return to the Football League in 2008.

Press officer at the time when most of the work involved contact with the print and broadcast media, and before the evolution of 'media managers' working in an expanding range of fields, John was at St James' Park for several seasons either side of the 2008 promotion success.

Based in the Willand area, he was associated with a number of other clubs over the years including Tiverton Town (where he was both secretary and commercial manager in the early 2020s) and Bridgwater United he was also secretary.
