Matt Kimberley twice worked in Exeter City's commercial team either side of twice being employed by Plymouth Argyle.

Matt had worked in insurance, car sales and business development before spending four-a-half-years with Exeter City between 2017 and 2021 in commercial sales, commercial accounts and conferencing. He was then commercial development manager for Plymouth Argyle through until July 2025.

Returning to St James' Park, he was City's head of commercial for just under a year before his appointment as Argyle's partnerships manager in May 2026.
