Sam Alfieri was Exeter City's first-team sports therapist between 2021 and 2025.

Graduating with a degree in sports therapy from Plymouth Marjons University in 2020, he became City's sports therapist in September 2021. He left the club to take up a similar role with Plymouth Argyle.
