Max Kane was Exeter City's strength and conditioning coach during the 2022/23 season. He later worked for Fulham.

A sports and exercise science graduate of Essex University,  Max entered football through internships with Colchester United and Crawley Town. Later gaining a masters qualification in stenghth and conditioning, he was an academy sports scientist at AFC Bournemouth and head of sports science at Bromley before joining Exeter City in September 2022.

Appointed just before Matt Taylor's departure to Rotherham United, Max worked under Gary Caldwell until the following September when he accepted the job of a fitness coach at Fulham.
