Phil Broom took over the administration of the City Foundation, a not-for-profit lottery, at the start of 2023.
A long-term Exeter City volunteer, Phil took over responsibility for the City Foundation from Richard Horne. A lottery scheme, based on a monthly subscription, the purpose of the City Foundation was to plough back money into ‘good causes’ at the club.
