Jon Crawley was a member of the St James' Park grounds team between 2018 and 2020.

After working in a hospital on the outskirts of London, Jon became a greenkeeper at a golf course in Hertfordshire before moving to Devon to take up a job with Exeter City in October 2018.

Leaving in September 2020 because of cutbacks, after initially being furloughed during the early stages of the Covid pandemic, he later found work as a gardener at a holiday camp and with East Devon Council.
