Chim Chinnah worked as Exeter City's head of academy recruitment.

Educated locally at St Peter's High School and Exeter College, Chim graduated in sports performance analysis from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2019.

Having already undertaken work experience with Exeter City, he became a scout for the academy in September 2019 before taking the role as head of academy recruitment in August 2022. This role saw him managing scouting and talent identification and bringing young players into the academy together with a first-team role liaising with scouts and agents attending games at St James' Park.
