Pete Sayer worked as a 'coach developer' for the Exeter City academy during the 2020s. 

After graduating from Canterbury Christ Church University in 2012, Pete took the role as the Football Association’s skills team leader in Kent overseeing a group of coaches who worked in schools and clubs. 

He subsequently moved into a coach developer role with Exeter City’s academy in January 2020.
