Kade Masters worked as an Exeter City academy coach during the 2020s.

From Dorset, Kade gained a degree in football studies from Southampton Solent University and first worked as a part-time youth coach with Yeovil Town in 2020. An alternative provision youth worker in the Yeovil area at the time, she joined Exeter City as a part-time academy coach in September 2022.

Later working with under-13s at Yeovil Town from late 2025, Kade by then taught PE in a school for children with special needs in South Somerset.
