Ashleigh Hill worked as a sports rehabilitation therapist in Exeter City's Academy from 2015.

Originally from Torquay, Ashleigh graduated from Plymouth Marjons University in 2012 with a degree in rehabilitation and sports and exercise science. He then worked on a freelance basis before joining City's academy in July 2015 where he worked with players from the age of eight upwards.

Thereafter setting up a practice in Totnes, Ashleigh specialised in injury rehabilitation and soft tissue.
