Craig Bradley was an Exeter City academy scout during the 2020s. He left to work for Derby County.

From the West Midlands, Craig had worked in other sectors before becoming increasingly involved in football both as a video scout and in providing information to clubs. He became a senior scout for City's academy in November 2023 before taking on the role of first-team scout for Derby County in March 2025.
