Ashley March was an Exeter City first-team scout during the early 2020s.

Originally from Somerset, Ashley was forced to retire from playing football at the age of eighteen having suffered cardiac problems. Working in sales, and having attended scouting courses, he became a part-time first-team scout for Exeter City in December 2021.

Later gaining a masters’ qualification in performance analysis, he worked as an intern in this field for Leyton Orient.
