Aaron Goodison-Powell was a coach in Exeter City's development centre for young players in Plymouth.

Having graduated in strength, conditioning and sports science from Plymouth Marjons University in 2012, Aaron became a coach at City's satellite development centre in Plymouth. He had also worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Plymouth Argyle.
