Having recently graduated, Rob Paddon worked for Exeter City as a sales and marketing assistant between 2009 and 2011. He later worked for Southampton, Arsenal and Fulham as well as in horseracing and cricket.

A former pupil of Torquay Boys’ Grammar School, Rob studied at Nottingham Trent University before spending two years working for Exeter City.  

He then moved into sales positions with Southampton and Arsenal followed by a debenture sales and marketing manager position with the Rugby Football Union. Returning to football in 2017, Rob spent nearly five years with Fulham ahead of becoming head of sales at Ascot Racecourse. Alongside serving as a non-executive director of Bath Rugby, Rob was appointed as commercial director for the Unita Bowl and Hampshire Cricket in March 2025.
