Dr Mike Mole served as one of Exeter City's medical advisers from 1992 to 1995.

Having trained at Oxford University, Dr Mole worked in hospitals in Romford and Bristol before arriving at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital to work in obstetrics and gynaecology. Switching to general practice in 1973, he showed a particular interest in medical hypnosis.

He died in October 2009.
